Before coaching officially begins, we take time to understand you fully. In-depth 30–40 minute intro call with your coach, deep dive into your lifestyle, health history, goals, and challenges. Your coach builds a fully tailored programme based on your life — not just your weight.

Your Month 1 Review

Your coach has been adjusting strategy weekly, and at Week 4, we zoom out to review progress. Full review to assess barriers and wins. Strategy refinements to keep things realistic, challenging, and effective. Most clients have lost 2–6kg by this point.

Typically, clients are seeing positive physical change and feeling more in control of their habits, energy and mindset.

The Transformation Phase (Weeks 5–20+)

I'm so busy I genuinely don't know how I'd fit this in

We are built for exactly that – it’s the single most common thing women tell us before they start. Our clients are business owners, mums, lawyers, doctors, teachers, women with demanding jobs and no spare hours. If a plan needs two hours daily in the gym and hours of meal prep, it fails, and we know it – so we don’t build those.

For transparency: your first 4–6 weeks ask a bit more of you, because these are the foundations and we’re learning your life. After that, if it’s set up properly, you fly. Your have daily communication with your coach, and we’ll do a proper time audit together to find the exercise that genuinely fits your week – not a second life you don’t have time for. Some clients want to chat every day, some don’t. We work out your communication style and build the relationship in sync with your life.

This is exactly the problem we solve at DOABL, hence why it’s not a quick 6 week challenge, its a 6-12 month transformational programme. Most programmes stop the day the weight’s gone – which is exactly why it comes back and you end up starting again. We spend as much time on the maintenance phase as the fat loss phase.

Most of our clients don’t – or they half know, and just can’t make it stick on their own. Here’s the honest truth: you probably don’t need more information. You’re not short on hacks. What’s been missing is someone building the structure with you and keeping you on it when life gets busy. That’s the whole job of a 1-1 coach.

The investment starts at £400 a month. We put the price right here because most coaching businesses hide it until they’ve got you on a call – and we’d rather be straight with you. It filters both ways: if that number makes you hesitate, this probably isn’t the right time, and that’s completely okay. If it feels like finally investing in sorting this for good, you’re exactly who we built this for. We will never spring a surprise number on you on the call.

No – and if you want one, we’re honestly not for you. Our roadmaps run 6-12 months. You’ve very likely done the fast thing before; that’s probably part of why you’re here. We do the thing that actually lasts. If you need to lose weight in four weeks for one event and don’t care what happens after, we’re not your people, and we’d rather tell you now.

No. If a plan needs you to cut out everything you enjoy, it’s already failed – you won’t stick to it, and anyone selling you that is selling to your insecurities. We build your food around your actual life: nights out, the glass of wine, the meals with your family. Something you can genuinely keep doing, not force for six weeks and rebound.
But we’ll be honest with you – some parts of the journey will mean saying no to certain things, at certain times. We won’t pretend otherwise. What we’ll do is be straight with you about those trade offs and work through them with you, so you learn how to build a life you love and the body you want. Not one at the cost of the other.

Yes – a lot of the women we work with come to us wanting to lose 20kg or more, so you’re in exactly the right place. (See their stories here.) We don’t put you on a 12 month fat loss slog. That never-ending “just keep dieting” approach is exactly how most women burn out and give up – your body isn’t built to be in a deficit forever.

So we phase it. We go deeper first and work out why you’ve ended up here, then build real strategy around it in stages – periods of focused fat loss, and periods where we step back and lock in maintenance. The bigger the goal, the more this matters. It’s what makes a big transformation stick instead of yo-yoing like you’ve done in the past.

We don’t offer a guarantee, and we’ll tell you honestly why: this is a two way relationship, not something we do to you.

Here’s how we set you up to succeed. It starts with a full, in-depth onboarding so we understand your life properly. Then it’s daily communication with your coach and a holistic approach that adapts around you – because we learn what you need, rather than handing you a generic plan. If something isn’t working, it’s almost always down to one of two things: communication, or how much you’re able to show up as a client. We make showing up as easy as we possibly can by building everything around your real life – but we can’t do the showing up for you, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you into a scam. What we can promise is that you won’t be doing it alone, and we’ll adjust as many times as it takes while you’re putting the work in.

At DOABL, we look at the bigger picture: your lifestyle, routines, habits, mindset, stress, and the situations that usually derail you. Instead of another short-term plan, we build a sustainable approach that actually works in your world.
