Online Coach Application

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (minimum of 6 months) in coaching or personal training, whether in-person or online. Evidence of prior achievements in helping clients meet health and fitness goals is required.
  • Level 2 & 3 Gym Instructing / Personal Training qualifications (additional fitness qualifications desirable but not mandatory)
  • Availability to deliver services for approximately 40+ hours per week if required, based on client demand.
  • Strong communication and time management skills to manage your workload and client interactions effectively.
  • Experience in implementing macro-based approaches tailored to client needs.
  • A high level of adaptability and professionalism to operate within a dynamic environment.

  • Experience: Have experience through your own personal fitness journey that enables you to truly connect with clients helping you to understand and empathise with their challenges.
  • Expertise in Women’s Wellness: Proven experience in supporting women through various physical and personal challenges, including female health, time management, fat loss, performance, and muscle building.
  • Strong Time Management: Ability to independently organise and prioritise your workload to meet client needs effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication: Skilled at building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with peers through clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Independent and Resourceful: Skilled at adjusting your services to align with diverse client needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborative: Open to working with others in a mutually beneficial environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident in using technology to streamline service delivery and enhance client engagement.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

As a contractor collaborating with DOABL, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients on their fitness journey while contributing to the company’s overall success. You’ll have the flexibility to apply your expertise and deliver exceptional results while working in alignment with agreed-upon goals. Responsibilities and outcomes include:

  • Client Education and Support: Provide ongoing guidance and communication to empower clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. Use your expertise to deliver actionable advice that supports client progress.
  • Service Excellence: Follow agreed-upon company processes to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience that reflects DOABL’s standards.
  • KPI Achievement: Consistently meet our agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Camera Confidence: Confidently present on camera for DOABL’s education portal and contribute to social media content that engages and informs both current and prospective clients.
  • Nutritional Guidance: Offer clear, evidence-based nutritional advice tailored to individual client needs, focusing on macronutrient balance and flexible dieting strategies.
  • Program Design and Delivery: Develop customised, progressive training plans tailored to each client’s needs and environment.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Maintain an active presence in the company’s Community Facebook Group to provide support, answer questions, and foster a sense of community.
    • Participate in company-organised events, such as fitness challenges or community runs, as a way to motivate and inspire clients.
  • Personal Leadership: Lead by example by staying committed to your own fitness journey. Share your experiences and insights to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Collaboration: Attend regular meetings to share updates, discuss progress, and exchange ideas. Keep client records and progress tracking up to date to ensure smooth operations and alignment with DOABL’s objectives.
  • Qualifications and Insurance: Hold relevant qualifications and valid insurance to provide nutritional and exercise guidance to clients.
  • Ongoing Development: Stay up to date with the latest industry best practices, trends, and tools to continually enhance your skills and client outcomes.

Earning Potential:

Our results-focused structure is designed to reward your dedication, expertise, and the value you deliver to clients.

  • Initial Onboarding Period: During your first 60 days, you’ll receive a guaranteed minimum service fee to support your transition as you familiarize yourself with our processes and build your client portfolio.
  • Earning Potential: Coaches contracting with DOABL typically generate annual earnings of £40,000–£60,000 or more, depending on client retention and the growth of their portfolio. Our tiered structure rewards long-term client success with increasing percentages.
  • Performance-Based Rewards: Your earnings grow with your portfolio. As you onboard more clients and deliver exceptional results, your earning potential increases in line with the value you provide.

  • What are your current fitness goals, and how are you improving yourself?
  • What kind of environment do you thrive in, and how would you contribute to a positive team culture?
