Annie’s fitness journey began over 7 years ago when she turned to the gym during a challenging period in her life. The gym quickly became her sanctuary, and fitness became a crucial part of navigating tough times. Even on her lowest days, it gave her a reason to keep going.
Driven by her passion for helping others and her love for fitness, Annie became a Personal Trainer. She is dedicated to helping others create a sustainable lifestyle where they can enjoy food freely and get excited about their workouts. Annie believes in the importance of understanding nutrition and the body, rather than following a one-size-fits-all plan.
With a background in Sport Psychology and Personal Training, Annie truly understands the strength it takes to take that first step towards a healthier and happier life. She feels honoured to be part of her clients’ fitness journeys, watching women become the best versions of themselves every day.
When she’s not in the gym or running, Annie loves to travel, hike, cook, and spontaneously sign up for sports events she’s never tried before.
