Izzy will be the first person you meet as part of your journey. She will get to know your goals, limits and deliver them to the coaching team so we can collaboratively create your programme for success. 

Izzy has a degree in Criminology and has worked multiple roles including an animal trainer and has done multiple ski seasons as a chalet girl. She’s such an enthusiastic girl and will make you feel so comfortable in the first steps of your coaching journey.

When she’s not with clients, she’s very creative, and paints, designs and is always looking to self develop.
